Vanessa Gilbert
Sustainable sculptural artist
Vanessa Gilbert is a Canadian artist, based in the South Shore of Montreal, whose practice is rooted in a distinctly contemporary and sustainable approach. After several years of exploring fluid painting, she took a new path, driven by ecological values that are deeply important to her.
Sensitive to the environmental impact of her creations, Vanessa chose to move away from techniques involving non-sustainable materials to fully commit to sculptural art.
